Great Skin Care Tip-Seborrheic Dermatitis

I battled for most of my teenage life and early 20’s with various shows of bad face acne varying in severity. It was annoying and the majority of all embarrassing extremely. I tried just about everything under the sun to cure it from facial washes, scrubs, moisturises and antibiotics. Nothing seemed to work for just about any great amount of time.

I suppose around my 20th birthday my acne vanished which was an enormous relief but regrettably my pleasure was short lived. What i started to develop now wasn’t acne but more an unsightly red blotchy annoyed allergy around my nasal area and cheeks. It was extremely irritating and more disgusting to check out than my acne was possibly.

I suffered with this for about three years, again attempting every moisturiser and creme under sunlight to repair it. It wasn’t until a couple of months ago while i started to do a bit of research into what the condition was that i found the cure to my problem and haven’t looked back since.

After looking through a few sites online i found out that what i got was called Seborrheic dermatitis. In short it is actually a kind of dermatitis that produces a candida called Mallassezia that grows on everyones face but is specially prevalent in people who have oily skin. This is the case because its this surplus oil from the pores in your skin called sebum that the fungus feeds on.

So essentially for a long time as i had been applying cremes and moisturisers to my face to help my condition i had been actually making things worse for myself. Some immediate action you must take if you have this problem is to immediately stop apply moistures to that person and also stop using face washes etc (you guessed it the candida feeds of the as well).

Literally every product you can think of like soaps, anti-fungal cremes etc all still provide food for the fungus to give food to off so that it is essential you stop using the products you face immediately. The solution can be an unlikely one and i am going to admit i had been skeptical initially but happy with the results.

Sea Salt is the miracle cure because of this! Some other articles will tell you you should employ Dead Sea Salt but honestly i’ve just used regular cooking sea salt and it works effectively. Now don’t just go scrubbing a heap of sea sodium on your face, there is a bit of a method you need to check out to get excellent results.

First off with tepid to warm water wash that person lightly to remove any dirt and most importantly open up your pores, do that for around 20 seconds. Next you want to fill your basin up with around 2 litres of again quite warm (not too hot) water then add one good sized tablespoon to the basin and stir till dissolved. Now you want to basically wash your face again with this drinking water for two minutes or until the water is no more warm. It could sting a little if your skin is swollen but no more than heading to the beach currently.
