We visited Aryana lounge during Happy Hour, monday – Fri from 5:00 p which is.m. 8:00 p.m. The last time we stayed in this hotel it was also a Tuesday, therefore the Happy Hour foods were similar. The Happy Hour menu for Tuesday says: Slow Roasted with special internal seasoning Baby back rip tips, In house made poker chips, Beer cheese n crackers, Wrapped Pickles.
Actual foods were: frosty ribs, wrapped onions, and Gardetto type combine. No chips, no beer cheese or crackers, and no covered pickles. The service was attentive whenever we arrived right before 5:00; however, it was poor after this. This was not because our server was busy to wait to us too; she was visiting with other patrons.
Our costs was incorrect by the end, and after waiting five minutes on her to return, I went to the bar and experienced it be corrected by the bartender. We’d been charged for one more beverage than we received, and our bill did not reflect Happy Hour prices. 10 less after it was experienced by me corrected.
I used the business center to printing our boarding goes by. I needed to enter the password from our key packet to access the Internet. There have been only three bed sheets of paper in the computer printer, and I needed four to printing all our boarding passes. Since there was no paper in the available room, I reinserted one of the pages in the computer printer for the last page. Fortunately, I used to be lucky enough to insert it so the last page didn’t print on top of one of the other boarding passes. Guests get one complimentary beverage or wines in the membership lounge. The beer choices were Budweiser, Miller, and Stella Artois.
I have no idea your wine brands, although I thought the red wine was acceptable. The meals offered in the lounge included ribs, covered pickles, dip and vegetables, and cheesecake. The same foods were offered in the membership lounge and the lobby pub during our last stay, too (June 2014; I did so not get an assessment of this stay published here).
This time, it made an appearance they did not have covered pickles for both lounges enough, and the club lounge got them. I thought the wrapped pickles were better tasting than the wrapped onions. The attendant in the lounge was the same girl we have seen during the majority of our trips. She will not welcome guests, and she does not smile.

During our last stay, an extremely pleasant personable girl assisted us, who I put never fulfilled before. During that visit, we learned she is the breakfast attendant and was completing that evening. We always have an early flight when we stay at this hotel, so I have never visited the club lounge for breakfast. Among the reasons we choose this hotel when we have an early morning flight is due to the dependable airport shuttle.
This visit, we were not as satisfied with the shuttle service. We’d signed up for the 4:30 a.m. 6:00 a.m., and every half hour is run by the shuttle. Hotel staff called our guestroom after 11:00 p.m. That they had called to ask if we’re able to go directly to the airport at 5:00 a.m.
